Act as a liaison between the Owners/Officers, the staff and the community. Responsible for the daily operations and quality of the home health agency. Maintain a leadership role for the planning and achievement of objectives that are consistent with the company, business and financial goals. Complete a few in home visits and/or admissions weekly as scheduled/needed. Bi-weekly on call rotation.
