Home Care Recruiter

Overview:

Age In Place Home Care is seeking a recruiter to add to its team in Monroeville. This position will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting of caregivers in Allegheny and surrounding counties.

Duties:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Engage with and attend community events relevant to sourcing and attracting new applicants
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture
• Assist with application processing and onboarding activities for new hires
• Will work closely with the scheduler to determine available openings, and ensure accuracy of all onboarding documentation
• Ensure continual compliance for caregivers in designated territory

Skills:

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build strong relationships with applicants and community leaders
• Proficient in using computer software or learning new programs
• Sales experience preferred

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of experience in recruitment (or home care administration experience)
• Valid drivers license and use of vehicle
• Must be able to obtain all relevant background checks and pre-employment requirements including TB testing, background checks, and drug screen
• Ability to attend training in central Hamburg PA location
