Age in Place Home Care is a licensed, privately owned, full service provider of non-medical home care registered to provide service in all counties throughout Pennsylvania.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions and direction of the Reading site. This is a fast-paced and communicative position. The ideal candidate will have a background in office management and home care services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance and delegate office responsibilities across staff
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure compliance
- Act as a central liaison from Central office to local team
- Responsible for organizing and implementing office procedures
- Assist with the recruiting, onboarding, training and retention of new employees as it relates to company policies and procedures
Compensation:
- Starting $750/Weekly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma five years of experience in related role OR bachelor's degree three years experience in related role
- Proven experience in community management or related roles
- Strong event planning and management skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass all necessary pre-employment requirements including drug screen and background checks
-Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
