Role Description
AGD Insurance Brokerage is seeking licensed insurance agents for part-time and/or full-time opportunities. This is a flexible role based in Pittsburgh, PA, with the ability to manage your own schedule while building and growing your book of business.
Agents will be responsible for selling commercial and/or personal lines insurance, identifying client needs, and providing tailored coverage solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, quoting and binding policies, managing client relationships, and ensuring clients understand their coverage options.

Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales and ability to identify client needs
- Strong knowledge of commercial and/or personal insurance products
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Licensed to sell insurance in the state of Pennsylvania (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Ability to manage time independently and work in a flexible environment
- Experience with CRM systems and insurance platforms is a plus
