Join our extraordinary team today! The Product Quality Specialist plays a key role in supporting OEM Customers through resolving product issues and managing issues in the quality management system. This individual will work closely with the Research & Development, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure successful resolutions for our customers. Your Impact Respond to customer quality requirements including non-conformance reports, Warranty claims, and 8D or similar requests Collaborate and partner with various teams to ensure efficient and effective problem solving and resolution Document details, develop resolution plans, and develop long-term plans to prevent recurrence Focus on process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement Read and interpret technical documents including prints, engineering standards, engineering change notices, and product manuals Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred Two or more years of experience in Product Quality or Customer Support role Working knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Standard Hands on experience/demonstrated proficiency with various Risk Assessment analysis tools Your Compensation This position will pay within the range of $60,000-$80,000, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 8% of compensation.
