We design, manufacture, and service heat exchangers for sanitary applications, offering:
- Complete heat exchanger systems

About the Role
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll be a key partner to our Sales Engineers, end‑user customers, and distributors—ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly support that keeps AGC the preferred partner in the marketplace. You’ll manage after‑market sales engagements from quote to close, support the sales pipeline in our CRM and ERP systems, and identify opportunities to grow customer relationships along the way. This role is office‑based in Pleasant Prairie, WI and reports directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do
Customer & Sales Support
- Build rapport with customers and distributors via phone and email
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries
- Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience—every interaction, every time
Quotations & Orders
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and respond to requests for information (drawings, brochures, technical details)
- Primarily support after‑market products and services, including:
- Spare parts (plates, gaskets, frame components)
- AGC service offerings (Plate Check, installation support, re‑gasketing)
- Meet AGC’s standard of 24‑hour response time for after‑market quotes and order entry
Sales Growth & Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales Engineers to support structured sales plans
- Identify and act on cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
- Explain AGC’s features, benefits, and value confidently to customers
Systems & Process Excellence
- Enter proposals, opportunities, and orders accurately into CRM and ERP systems
- Track sales pipeline activity and support quote‑to‑close (QTC) analysis
- Provide feedback on lost opportunities and competitive insights
- Coordinate with production, field service, and accounting to meet customer expectations
Team Engagement
- Participate in monthly virtual sales meetings
- Support broader sales department initiatives as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of work experience preferred
- Previous inside sales or customer‑focused sales support experience strongly valued
- Strong proficiency in:

- Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems

Physical Requirements
- Primarily office‑based role requiring extended periods of sitting, with regular movement throughout the office environment
- Ability to communicate clearly via phone, video, and in person, including speaking, hearing, and visual acuity
- Frequent use of hands and arms to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
- Ability to read and interpret written information, technical documentation, and on‑screen data
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, or reaching to review materials, engage with teammates, or observe operational areas
- May occasionally be required to move or lift light materials (generally up to 15–20 lbs.) such as product samples, files, or presentation materials
- Ability to work in an environment where collaboration with manufacturing, service, or operations teams may require awareness of shop‑floor safety practices
Occasional travel may be required for training at other AGC locations.
