Mechatronics Maintenance Technician -- Tooling and Facilities Support

• Do you thrive diagnosing mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic/vacuum, and hydraulic systems?
• Can you pivot from reactive fixes to preventive maintenance without missing a beat?
• Are CMMS updates, blueprints, and calibration routines second nature?

• Rapid response to equipment calls to minimize downtime
• Repair, rebuild, calibrate, install, set up, and maintain facilities/utilities equipment
• Inspection, monitoring, repair/replacement, reinstallation, and testing of facility systems
• Planned PM work on shutdowns and weekends to optimize uptime
• Daily readings and report generation in CMMS (daily/monthly)
• Operate lift equipment and perform safe overhead work
• Read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Complete the General Maintenance Training Program and perform all essential job functions

Hourly role with a wage rate up to $31.70 per hour (based on experience and competency).

• High School Diploma or GED required; two-to-four-year Technical Degree preferred
• 3–5 years with facility and utilities equipment preferred
• Demonstrated safety, strong work ethic, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude; PLC familiarity preferred
• Knowledge of building automation controls and programming
• Team-oriented with clear oral and written communication
• Skilled with hand tools, hand-held power tools, and precision measurement tools

• Bending, twisting, reaching, repetitive arm movements
• Lift up to 50 lbs.; stand on concrete for extended periods
• Mandatory overtime; temperatures up to 100 degrees

• Base pay plus structured bonus plan with quarterly bonus potential up to 10.5% of quarterly eligible earnings
