Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff. This position is essential in the hospitality industry, where attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness are paramount.

We provide many Airbnb turnovers everyday. Qualified candidates must be proficient with making beds, working quickly and having attention to detail. we have shifts open 7 days a week.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all spaces meet established cleanliness standards.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment needs.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.
• Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and custodial duties is advantageous.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
