Agawam RehabNursing Campus is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Positions are available at our individual Agawam facilities.

Pay

$39.00 - $41.50 per hour

Pay varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Shift differentials are available, with higher rates offered for certain benefit options.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications and treatments

• Complete resident assessments and EHR documentation

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition

• Communicate with physicians and the care team

• Work collaboratively with nursing staff to support resident care

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN license

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Long-term care experience preferred
