Agawam West Rehab & Nursing is a skilled nursing facility seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to fill a full-time position. As the Admissions Coordinator, you will act as a liaison to the nursing unit to help ensure a smooth transition with the admissions process for all residents.Here are some additional highlights you'll want to know about the position...The Admissions Coordinator will assist with the admissions process efficiently to ensure a positive experience for residents, families, and supporting staff. Respond to all inquiries regarding potential residents of the facility in a sensitive, courteous, and competent manner. Obtain residents' insurance information, when possible, at the time a referral is called in.
