What You'll Do
- Greet every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow with efficiency and grace
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times and accommodations
- Maintain awareness of dining room pacing and table availability
- Answer phones professionally and handle guest inquiries with ease
- Uphold appearance, posture, and hospitality standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- Highly polished, well-spoken individuals with strong communication skills
- Prior hosting or hospitality experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and friendly in fast-paced situations
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
