Join Our Epic Team as an Area Director

As an Area Director , you'll be the frontline driver of excellence across multiple restaurants, leading and developing store leadership teams while ensuring our operations, guest experience, and financial performance reflect the bold spirit of our brand.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth daily operations across multiple stores through consistent coaching and accountability.
Drive brand standards and complete bi-weekly site visits and quarterly Epic Visits (2-day full audits).
Oversee LTO execution, food safety, service quality, and cleanliness.
Team Development
Hire, train, and develop Leaders of the House (LOHs) and store leadership.
Conduct bi-weekly check-ins and annual performance reviews.
Guide leadership promotions and terminations in collaboration with HR.
Guest Experience
Ensure consistent 5-star service and hospitality.
Address feedback, monitor guest score platforms (Ovation/NPS), and lead recovery efforts.
Financial Leadership
Partner with Finance to meet or exceed budgeted metrics, including Prime and profitability targets.
Use weekly P&Ls to drive proactive decision-making.
Oversee COGS, labor, and controllables.
Culture & Leadership
Lead with clarity, urgency, and consistency while building a coaching-centered culture.
Reduce leadership turnover and promote autonomy at the store level.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all locations follow health, labor, and food safety standards.
Partner with store leadership to resolve and prevent audit issues.
Administrative Accountability
Maintain daily communications, schedules, and records.
Attend required meetings and support store-level admin needs.

Who We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
7 years of restaurant management (multi-unit experience preferred)
Strong background in coaching, compliance, and team development
ServSafe Manager Certification
Open availability and willingness to travel
Problem-solving with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with scheduling software, POS systems, HRIS, and inventory tools
Experience with diverse leadership teams and fast-paced environments
Education:
High school diploma required
Higher education or vocational credentials in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
