Loan Officer (Entry Level)

Mortgage Loan Officer

• Entry-level Mortgage Loan Origination position with training program. A Mortgage Loan Officer uses phone sales skills to communicate with clients and obtain new business. We pay for your licensing and provide a base plus commission the first few months to get your career started. We are looking for motivated sales individuals who value a strong company culture and opportunity for growth!

Compensation

• Earning potential between $50,000- $80,000 in first year dependent upon performance
• Promotion eligible after 6-months
• Our Executive and President’s Club Loan Officers typically earn between $80,000-$250,000 annually

Responsibilities and Duties

• Must pass the MLO SAFE exam with a 75% or better (we pay for this)
• Complete the 20-hour SAFE education course (we pay for this)
• In-office work, typically between 40-50 hours per week (not remote)
• Learn and understand mortgage guidelines (we provide training)
• Use strong sales and communication skills to obtain new business (we provide coaching)
• Work as part of a team to hit goals and help grow the company

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school education or equivalent
• Ability to commute and work in our Phoenix office location
• Past sales experience a plus
• No mortgage experience necessary
