Agave Cocina & Tequilas is hiring a Bartender for our Bothell location!
Location: 18505 Bothell Way NE, Suite #103, Bothell, WA 98011 (Junction Apartments)
Agave Cocina & Tequilas is a locally owned concept known for a high-energy environment, strong bar program, and consistent service standards. We are looking to add an experienced bartender to our team who can handle volume while maintaining quality and guest experience.
Things to Note
Available Shifts: PM/Nights (weekend availability required)
Hours: 25-30 hours per week
Pay/Compensation
Minimum wage ($17.13/hour) tips tipout
This position requires someone who can make quality, consistent drinks at a fast pace. High-volume experience is strongly preferred.
Requirements / Background
- Previous bartending experience required
- Class 12 Liquor Permit (or obtained within 15 days of hire)
- Food Handler s Card (or obtained within 15 days of hire)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong guest interaction and communication skills
- Spanish/English bilingual skills encouraged but not required
- Must have weekend availability
General Responsibilities
- Verify identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
- Prepare cocktails accurately and efficiently to spec
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and restocking
- Manage tabs and process payments accurately
- Provide strong guest service and build rapport with regulars
- Support servers and assist with drink execution for the floor
- Work quickly and stay consistent during busy shifts
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed
- Other duties as needed based on business needs
