15-20 Hours/Week | Weekdays Only | No Nights or Weekends

• We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to help clients maintain happy, healthy homes using eco-friendly cleaning methods.
• We're locally owned and operated with a physical office in Ahwatukee.
• No cleaning experience required. Paid training provided.

• Pay: $19-$22 per hour
• Hours: 15-20 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime
• Occasional late afternoons up to 6:00 pm
• No nights or weekends

What You'll Do

• Train and work as a Deep Cleaning Specialist
• Assist with:
• First-time cleans
• One-time deep cleans
• Move-out / move-in cleanings
• Provide professional residential cleaning (occasional office cleaning)
• Follow clear systems and quality standards
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Work in pet-friendly homes

This role is physically active and detail-focused. We value quality, honesty, and consistency over speed. This is NOT Airbnb type cleaning.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, insured personal vehicle
• Smartphone with GPS capability
• Comfortable with physically active work
• Able to pass a background check

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs regularly
• Bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and climb stairs throughout the day
• Stand and clean actively for extended periods
• Work in a variety of home environments
• Comfortable working around pets and pet hair/dander
• Drive personal vehicle between 2 (occasionally 3) homes per day
• Mileage reimbursed between client homes
• MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE ANYWHERE IN THE SERVICE AREA

Work Area

We serve homes in:

• Ahwatukee
• Chandler
• Tempe
• Occasional work in Scottsdale
