This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bike Shop Service Manager located in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities include managing the service team, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory of parts and tools, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves training and mentoring staff, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
