Overview
We are urgently hiring a Spanish-speaking caregiver who is compassionate and dedicated to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Assistance with transferring and mobility using a hoyer lift or gait belt
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or home health is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of senior care best practices and an understanding of the challenges faced by individuals.
- Ability to recognize the needs of clients with varying levels of physical or cognitive abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach toward caregiving.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe environment for clients at all times
