Agape United Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for completing initial plans of care, comprehensive nursing assessments, and 60-day reassessments for our home care clients.

Responsibilities:
- Complete initial plans of care for new clients.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and evaluate client needs.
- Conduct 60-day reassessments and update care plans accordingly.
- Document all assessments, care plans, and client updates accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home health or long-term care preferred).
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to care.
