Job Type: Full-time
Location: Onsite in Cicero, IN with up to 40% spent out-of-office engaging with people
Schedule: Monday – Friday; occasional but rare evenings and weekends, as the work dictates
Agape cultivates physical, emotional, and cognitive growth for individuals in Central Indiana through unique and therapeutic experiences with horses.

A day in the life of our Donor Engagement Manager:
As our Donor Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and deepening relationships with donors and prospects. Your days will be filled with:
- Collaborating with our leadership team and community leaders to secure resources that fuel our mission
- Utilizing Salesforce to plan and document your work
- Sending out personalized gift acknowledgements and thank-you notes
- Setting and following up on appointments
- Calling people on the phone to make personal connections
- Contributing to the success of events and capital campaigns
- Meeting with prospects and donors to create long-lasting relationships
- Developing and implementing fundraising strategies, striving to exceed our goals
- Curating stories that communicate our mission and compel people to give
- Asking people to give and getting a"Yes!"
