About UsAgape Pediatric Therapy is hiring for both a Physical Therapist (PT) and a Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our joyful, collaborative, and growing team and have fun at work! Prior pediatric experience isn't required - we provide training and support to help you succeed in this setting.We provide Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) services for children of all ages and conditions living in the Tri-Cities (Richland, Kennewick and Pasco). Agape is a therapist-owned and locally run pediatric outpatient therapy clinic in Richland, WA. Agape has been voted BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri-Cities three years in a row.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Washington State licensure depending on the discipline
• Out of state or a new grad not yet licensed, must be willing to obtain WA State licensure for the discipline

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat
• Develop and train caregivers in home program
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Document clearly and concisely
• Collaborate across disciplines
• Attend team meetings
• Manage time efficiently and follow schedule
• Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs
• Support clinic culture and mission
