JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment
- Job postings
- Screen, schedule, and interview candidates
- Ensure good communication and an overall positive candidate experience
- Coordinate job offers
- Onboard new employees
- Answer questions and assist new employees with benefit enrollment
- Maintain accurate personnel files
- Track key hiring metrics
- Represent the clinic at community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
- Ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork
- Assist in exit procedures including exit interviews, collecting company property, and ensuring system deactivation
- Maintain confidentiality
- Support a joyful and respectful work environment
- Help us hire more therapists so we can help more children and families!
