Company Description Agape Network is a nationally accredited, fully integrated community health center that has provided behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, recovery services, and family reunification support for 40 years. The organization’s mission is to restore individuals and families to psychological, social, physical, and spiritual health through comprehensive, person-centered care. With around 200 team members, Agape Network serves people experiencing mental illness, addiction, criminality, trafficking, sexual exploitation, and severe trauma, including children of incarcerated individuals. Integrated care teams deliver services both on-site and in homes, and the Agape Village Health Center now serves more than 1,600 individuals each month through inpatient and outpatient programs on a residential campus with clinical, wellness, housing, and educational facilities. Agape Network also provides community-based treatment for underserved women at risk, including pregnant and postpartum parents, and offers chaplain services in every Miami-Dade County jail.
Role Description The Outreach Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for supporting Agape Network’s community engagement and service access initiatives. This role includes planning and implementing outreach activities, presentations, and events to connect individuals, families, and partner organizations with Agape’s behavioral health and integrated care services. The Outreach Coordinator will build and maintain relationships with community agencies, faith-based organizations, social service providers, and local stakeholders, while tracking outreach contacts and outcomes. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries from community members, coordinating referrals, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the development of outreach materials and training sessions. The position collaborates closely with clinical and care teams to ensure that community members receive timely information, support, and linkage to appropriate programs.
