As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in leading daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve issues with professionalism
• Assist in training and coaching new team members
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met
• Oversee food prep and execution to maintain consistency and freshness
• Manage shift flow, including opening/closing responsibilities
• Help maintain inventory, restock stations, and keep the restaurant organized

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred (but not required)

Job Requirements

• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures
• Maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods (this role is constantly in motion)
• Frequently lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
