- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs
- Provide crisis management support during urgent situations by implementing immediate response protocols
- Coordinate with community agencies such as Section 8 housing programs, Medicare services, and childcare providers to facilitate resource access
- Maintain detailed case documentation, progress reports, and service records in compliance with organizational standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in social work, or related fields with a focus on crisis intervention and crisis management
- Strong knowledge of
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor clients effectively
- Familiarity with government programs such as Section 8 housing, Medicare, and workforce development initiatives
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on role responsibilities
