We are seeking an experienced and energetic Early Childhood Educator to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Responsibilities
- Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Design a daily and weekly schedule
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
- Learn and follow all state, government and local early childhood rules and requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified
- Qualification Letter (Criminal Background Check) Required
Compensation: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Owner, Dacie Thompson, has always had a passion for caring for children. And, after the loss of her child in 1990, her desire for children grew even stronger. This desire led her to open an in home daycare service in 1995. In March of 2020, her daycare expanded to what is now known as Agape Love Child Care and Development Center. God is the owner and she is the manager of Agape Love CCD. Ms. Thompson makes it her mission to introduce God’s unconditional love and express her love to the children, therefor offering “twice the love”.
