Project Coordinator (Construction)
We have an opening for a Project Coordinator with a well-established A rated residential remodeling company. Previous construction or related industry knowledge REQUIRED
This position will support our Project Coordinator Sr. (PC) and other team members in balancing and managing time, resources and scope of each specific client project to ensure all goals and deadlines are met.

Skills/ Requirements:
- Prior administrative/office experience of 5 plus years.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivation & proactive
- Excellent communication both written and verbal, grammar, and spelling.
- Customer service oriented - professional friendly and welcoming voice to communicate well with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Above average math skills
- Typing of 50-60 wpm minimum.
- Good work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
- Previous construction or related industry knowledge REQUIRED
Primary Responsibilities
- Under supervision of PCM, review clients project, scope of work, designs and selections and compile and prepare appropriate documents and processes to ensure smooth transition from commencement to completion.
- Communication with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and all resources involved to maintain project success in office & field.
- Research and track down information needed to make sure project progresses successfully and meets all deadlines.
- Setting up and maintaining organizational and follow-up systems.
- Answer inbound calls from potential clients, prescreen and collect information for the sales team.
- Compiling documentation as needed for projects.
