What You'll Do
- Lead RCA and implement preventive measures for enterprise tools.
- Manage technical vendor relationships.
- Utilize PowerBI for reporting and analysis.
- Apply deep technical knowledge of Artesis.
- Automate tasks using Python or Shell scripts.
- 10 years in enterprise tools/operational support (RCA focus).
- Strong troubleshooting and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and engineering-level Artesis.
- Scripting ability (Python/Shell).
- Excellent communication and prioritization.
