Role: Enterprise Transformation Coach
Location: Chicago IL-Hybrid-3x/week
Duration: 6 months–2 years contract
Must Have:
- Strong storytelling & executive-level presentation
- Experience driving agile-based transformation across business hotel environments
- Coaching experience with senior leaders; certifications (ICP-ACC, SPC) preferred
- Global collaboration experience; hospitality domain experience ideal
- Knowledge of GenAI enablement in operation
Role Overview:
Lead enterprise transformation using agile-inspired proprietary frameworks across corporate, regional & hotel teams. Enable leadership alignment, drive collaboration, strengthen operating models, and mentor internal coaches
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach executives & teams on adaptive, guest-centric ways of working
- Facilitate workshops, retros, and capability-building sessions
- Support roadmap evolution, maturity models & governance structures
- Enable AI adoption across workflows and decision-making
- Build sustainable internal coaching capability
Qualifications:
- 6–10 years transformation / large-scale change leadership
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder influence & cross-cultural communication
- Hospitality business technology intersection experience
- Proficient in PPT, Excel & dashboards; multilingual skills valued
- Bachelor’s in Business/Tech/Org Development
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
