What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Cleaning Assistant position at AG1 Cleaning Services?
This is an intermediate to advanced-level hybrid role combining recruitment, administrative support, and cleaning supervision. The ideal candidate is a motivated multitasker with excellent people skills and a strong work ethic who is eager to grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for cleaning positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires
- Supervise and evaluate new employees on job sites
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records
- Collect and distribute necessary materials and documentation
- Monitor and report on employee hours and job performance
- Perform and assist with cleaning duties as needed
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette for inbound and outbound calls
- Attention to detail and ability to take clear notes
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks and work on-site
- Professional, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
