Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with basic carpentry knowledge and strong leadership skills to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and materials to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from start to completion
- Ensure necessary materials are available and allocated to the project
- Develop detailed project timelines and plans
- Measure and report on project progress
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope and on budget
- Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Supervise and support crew members on-site
- Maintain clear communication across all phases of projects
- Monitor quality control and ensure work meets AG Wood Corp. standards
- Problem solve and adapt quickly to changing project needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Basic carpentry or construction experience required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience managing people or teams
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently
- Team oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
