Your mission:
As a Director of Security, you are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients by ensuring seamless scheduling, staffing, and compliance support. You will also oversee Security Supervisors and security teams by providing logistical support, scheduling, training, and acting as a hub of communication between our clients, our executive office, our supervisors, and law enforcement. You will be responsible for directing and administering the implementation of safety and security programs and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of client accounts
- Coordinate employee scheduling, including last-minute changes and call-out coverage
- Hiring team members to ensure appropriate staffing levels based on client needs
- Adhere to City, State and Federal compliance and policy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support
- Lead investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, unlawful activities, and complete corresponding incident reports
- Travel from location to location as needed to monitor security operations (Transportation costs will be included in compensation package)
- Respond to venues for emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property
- Serve as primary liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement
- Oversee the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation
- Help Create and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Enforce company policies
- Liaise with Corporate Executive Team to review issues or concerns
- Plan, deliver and facilitate meetings and trainings of new personnel
- Learn and understand security plans and post orders for designated venues

- Flexible schedule, many of the Security Officers work in the evenings and on weekends.
Background Requirements:
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of Security Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Employee Scheduling experience
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
