What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain equipment, tank farms, and outdoor work areas
- Assist with handling processing materials and operational supplies
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Train and develop skills for advancement into the Material Handler role
- Support daily plant operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a physically active environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, pull, climb stairs, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Basic math and problem-solving skills are helpful
- Commitment to workplace safety and following company policies
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime during peak production periods
