What You'll Do
- Support and enhance business applications including OnBase, PageIQ, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365
- Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
- Design and support workflows, document management, automation, and system integrations
- Troubleshoot application issues, manage system configurations, and provide user support
- Assist with software implementations, upgrades, testing, and change management
- Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
- Stay current on emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of business application or software support experience
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM) (i.e. Hyland OnBase)
- AI enhanced document capture (i.e. PageIQ Intelligent Capture)
- Workflow automation and business process improvement
- Business requirements gathering and end-user training
