Ag Processing Inc is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as a Utility Technician at our Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, facility. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently while training to grow into a Material Handler position. What You’ll Do Clean and maintain equipment, tank farms, and outdoor work areas Assist with handling processing materials and operational supplies Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Train and develop skills for advancement into the Material Handler role Support daily plant operations and assist with additional tasks as needed What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen Ability to speak, read, and write English Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a physically active environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, pull, climb stairs, and perform physical labor throughout the shift Good organizational and communication skills Basic math and problem-solving skills are helpful Commitment to workplace safety and following company policies Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime during peak production periods Why Join AGP?
