Position: Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative (Large Agriculture Focus)
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with extensive experience in large-scale agriculture to join our team. This role is responsible for selling new and used agricultural and outdoor power equipment to both existing and prospective customers, while building long-term relationships within the agricultural community.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary representative of the company within an assigned territory, driving sales of agricultural machinery and equipment

Develop and maintain strong relationships with large-scale farming operations and key accounts

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all equipment products, including features, benefits, and applications for modern agricultural operations

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions to maximize productivity and efficiency

Monitor market trends, customer business activities, and competitive products, providing timely insights to management

Accurately maintain customer and sales activity records within company systems

Evaluate used equipment and determine trade-in values based on current market conditions

Assist customers in securing financing by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available programs and options

Participate in ongoing training, industry events, and professional development opportunities

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Proven experience in agricultural equipment sales, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with large-scale or commercial farming operations

Solid understanding of modern agricultural practices, equipment applications, and industry trends

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Proficiency with standard business software, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends

Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including seasonal demands

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
