What are the responsibilities and job description for the CCE Regional Sales Rep position at AG-PRO LLC?
Purpose:
To aggressively sell CCE Products in an MSA with a defined territory. This position is not tied to a particular store location.
Responsibilities:
- Represents the Dealership in the sale of CCE equipment to customers in a defined sales area
- Creates, develops, and maintains customer accounts in the CCE segment
- Knows and follows a defined sales process
- Maintains product knowledge on CCE equipment and reports on competitive marketing and product activities
- Maintains and reports all CCE customer activities and trends in assigned territory to sales management
- Organizes product demonstrations and clinics for CCE customers and participates in local trade shows and dealership promotional events
- Maintains dealership vehicle and other equipment as assigned
- May also be responsible for sales of Commercial Mowing Products & other small construction products.
Expectations:
- Generate a minimum of $400,000 margin dollars in the first 12 months.
- Goal – Sell a minimum of “1” Powered unit per week.
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Being an Expert in small construction products
