Customer Service Rep. - Outside Sales

Brief Description

Job Duties:

• Initiate outbound calls to customers for follow up after the sale
• Route call information as needed to appropriate store personnel and related team members.
• Answer and follow-up timely on calls.
• Discuss and upsell extended warranty program as applicable, share leads.
• Coordinate resolution process from start to finish.
• Report issues with unresolved problems to appropriate team.
• Process documentation as required
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years dispatch or Customer Service preferred.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good telephone communication skills required.
• Basic data entry and retrieval skills required.
