Feed & Grain Location Manager

Description

Join our team as a Feed & Grain Location Manager at our Lewiston, MN, location. In this leadership role, you will oversee grain operations, buy grain, sell feed, and manage the facility.

Requirements

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
• Schedule staff for daily and seasonal needs.
• Over-the-counter feed sales, answer questions, take payments, and track inventory.
• Load and unload grain, check grain quality, and keep equipment in good shape.
• Work with the Grain Team to move grain and share updates.
  
  

Qualifications Preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in grain operations.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to safely use equipment.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Willing to work overtime and some weekends during busy seasons.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
• Lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and work in elevated areas.

The starting pay range for this position is $62,000 to $72,000 per year and is based on job-related skills, grain trading & grain grading licensing, background experience, and industry knowledge. We provide grain grading training and access to a grain trading class.
