Are you a highly skilled and motivated CDL-A driver looking for a dynamic role as a Lead Driver Supervisor? Are you a successful CDL-A driver who has trained or supervised drivers? Are you able to drive as well as train, coach and schedule dispatch for our drivers? Capable at coordinating maintenance schedules and in yard repairs?

As the Lead Driver Supervisor, you will oversee a team of CDL-A drivers, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high-quality service standards. You will have the opportunity to work with late model equipment, enjoy regular time at home, and continue to develop your leadership skills.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of CDL-A tractor trailer experience
• Clean driving and criminal record
• Doubles endorsement
• 2 years as a manager, trainer or supervisor
• Proven experience as a leader
• Able to work nights

Skills Required:

• Experienced as a CDL-A driver
• Leadership and Team Management
• Effective Communication with drivers and our customer(s)
• Operational Efficiency
• Problem-Solving
• Capable with a computer and phone apps

Pay:

• Salary, bonus and CPM pay
• .02 CPM for every referral
