Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipments.
- Supervise and coach warehouse associates, approve PTO, and enforce safety and performance standards.
- Maintain and monitor entries into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP (QAD).
- Coordinate raw material staging for production and maintain packaging inventory levels.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits, investigating variances and maintaining compliance.
- Support internal audits, safety programs, and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with supply planning, production, and transportation partners to coordinate inventory flow.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality assurance documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in food or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Proven ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of accuracy and accountability.
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs. and work in cold environments.
