Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Perform general labor, landscaping, and groundskeeping tasks across the ranch property.
- Assist with maintenance and repair projects as needed.
- Transport supplies and materials between ranch venues using a ranch vehicle or utility ranger.
- Operate equipment such as tractors, skid steers, mowers, and other tools.
- Support ranch operations including fencing, irrigation, and livestock-related tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
What You'll Bring
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience operating tractors, skid steers, and similar equipment.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Hands-on experience with irrigation systems, fencing, and livestock handling preferred.
- Familiarity with ranch equipment and maintenance tools.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
