As a Grain Facility Coordinator, you oversee the receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain while maintaining a keen focus on efficiency and precision throughout. Your dedication to monitoring grain quality and operating equipment consistently upholds our high service standards. Moreover, you take great pride in upholding the cleanliness and maintenance of our grain facilities and equipment, fostering a safe and productive work environment. During the bustling agronomy season, you effortlessly pivot to support our agronomy department. With your outstanding attendance record and proactive approach, you showcase your unwavering commitment to professionalism and positivity.
This coordinating role works from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the flexibility to extend weekend hours during peak seasons.

- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, prolonged periods of standing, working in confined spaces and elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders
- Able to work in conditions such as heat and cold
- Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record
