Full-Time Greenhouse Technician *Year-Round Work*- Potted Plants

What You'll Do:

Support our team of greenhouse technicians and growers to bring our amazing grown product to customers throughout the 5-state area. This means you'll plant, weed, harvest, clear flower beds, and prepare product for delivery alongside this fast-paced team. This full-time, year-round role performs hands-on crop work across multiple stages of plant growth, helping ensure plant health, quality, and production readiness.

• Plant, weed, and harvest in our greenhouses'. Crops you could work with lilies, gerbera daisies, cyclamen, begonias, tulips, poinsettias, etc. (We're growing millions of stems a year.)
• Clear flower beds and prepare product for delivery
• Conduct spacing and clearing of potted plants (hand and robotic spacing)
• Support forcing and crop clearing processes
• Work directly with a variety of crops including lilies, gerbera daisies, cyclamen, begonias, tulips, poinsettias, and more!

This is not gardening! This role blends elements of landscaping, farming, and manufacturing, and requires stamina, strength, and teamwork.

Shift Hours| When You'll Work: Sunday-Thursday

• Summer: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Fall/Winter: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Please note: There is no fixed end time - your day ends once all tasks are completed, including end-of-day duties.

Holidays & Overtime: Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs. Please be aware that during peak times, particularly around holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day, you may be required to work overtime and on days that are typically your time off. These busy periods may demand flexibility in your schedule.

Pay range: $18.50/hr-$20.50/hr

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Ability to perform various physical tasks (i.e. bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) and ability to work in a hot environment. (This is in a greenhouse.)
• Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs
• Repetitive heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more
• Past experience is a plus.
