What You'll Do Every Day
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything safe and clean
- Build desserts according to clear instructions
- Meet production goals within the required time
- Maintain a tidy and clean organized work area
- Follow dress code & personal hygiene rules
- Report waste or any time you step off the line
- Protect food quality and safety throughout your shift
- Learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP (training provided!)
- Follow company policies and assist with other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours
- Willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Able to read or write in English or Spanish
- Able to stay focused in a fast-paced, loud environment
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Able to follow strict safety rules 100% of the time
