- Certification: A valid Georgia teaching certificate in Agricultural Education
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Agricultural Education, Agronomy, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of agricultural science, ability to manage a lab/classroom, and demonstrate effective communication skills.
