• Provides liaison between customers and the company by ensuring prompt and efficient processing of customer correspondence, requests, and orders.
• Process and follow up on customer sales, complaints, and inquiries
• Provides detailed technical advice concerning product use and operation of agricultural machinery
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Knowledge of farm equipment and use is a must
• Previous exp. helpful but not required (knowledge of excel, word, Epicor, and QuickBooks)

Requirements

• Agriculture Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Farming knowledge is a must.
• Must help develop a long-term strategy to meet continually changing customer demands
• Proven communication skills; both written and inter-personal (oral). Must be detail oriented, and have the ability to perform many tasks during the shift.
