AG Jeans is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Asset Coordinator to support the day-to-day management, trafficking, and distribution of visual assets across wholesale and e-commerce channels. This role is essential in maintaining integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of all product imagery, ensuring consistency across platforms and partners.
This person will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Photo Studio Team, serving as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners, including retouching vendors, while helping to uphold brand standards across every touchpoint. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a creative operations role, with exposure to both the technical and creative sides of a modern denim brand.
This is a full time, in-person position at our corporate office in South Gate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute product imagery for wholesale accounts and e-commerce (VPI)
- Oversee asset trafficking across internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Act as primary liaison with external retouching partners, including submitting assets, tracking progress, and communicating feedback
- Receive and implement live retouching notes from internal stakeholders
- Assist with basic retouching as needed
- Upload and maintain imagery within NuOrder, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries (Box and Cloudinary), including file naming conventions and folder structure
- Conduct regular file and site audits to ensure assets are current, properly formatted, and aligned with brand standards
- Troubleshoot asset discrepancies and ensure seamless cross-channel execution
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role within fashion, retail, or a creative environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar retouching tools preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems (Box, Cloudinary, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
