- Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to permit conditions and safety protocols on-site.
- Maintain and operate our currently established system utilized to update permit status.
- Maintain accurate records of all permits, inspection reports, and correspondence related to regulatory compliance.
- Stay current with evolving building code policies, construction regulations, and industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction processes or regulatory compliance roles.
- Report writing skills with the ability to prepare semi-detailed documentation for regulatory agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple permits simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with government agencies, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to implement effective compliance and organizational strategies.
