As a Flooring Sales & Estimating Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their flooring needs, provide expert guidance, and generate detailed quotes. You’ll play a key role in driving sales and maintaining AG Floors’ reputation for outstanding service and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-home consultations to assess customer flooring needs
- Educate customers on flooring options and recommend appropriate solutions
- Measure project areas accurately and create detailed project estimates
- Generate and present quotes in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flooring products, trends, and techniques
- Prior flooring sales, estimating, or installation experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accurately measure spaces and create detailed project scopes
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, estimating software a plus)
