Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in residential construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily field operations, assist Project Managers, and help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Experience & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in residential constructionStrong understanding of construction processes and field operationsProficient in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend)Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skillsMust speak English; Spanish fluency is a plusValid New Jersey driver’s license requiredLocated in New JerseyAvailability: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities1. Project CoordinationSupport Project Managers in daily operations across multiple job sitesMaintain and update project schedules; assist with short-term planning and milestone trackingPrepare and distribute daily reports, submittals, and change ordersCoordinate material deliveries, subcontractor schedules, and inspectionsEnsure compliance with building codes, permits, and company standards2. Field SupportConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and qualityDocument site conditions through progress photos and digital recordsAssist with punch lists, project kickoffs, and closeout documentationVerify subcontractor work for quality and specification compliance3.
